10:20 AM – 10:30 AM | Arrival at Crystal Castle
Arrive directly at the entrance, ready to begin your experience.
10:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Explore at Your Own Pace
Enjoy 2.5 hours to wander through the gardens, join the 11:00 AM Guided Tour, experience Crystal Sound Healing or relax over lunch at the Lotus Café.
1:00 PM | Return Shuttle Departs
Please be ready on time for our scheduled departure.
1:20 PM – 1:50 PM | Return to Byron Bay
Relax on the journey back, with drop-offs at your designated pickup locations.

Children: $39 per person
Important: Crystal Castle admission is not included. These prices cover return shuttle transport only. Admission tickets must be purchased separately. We highly recommend booking your entry online in advance to secure your preferred visit.

Important Booking Information
1. Choose Your Pickup Location
Select your preferred stop from our 11 designated pickup locations at checkout. To find your nearest stop, please refer to the route map in the images provided. A precise Google Maps pin for your chosen location will be sent to you immediately upon booking.
2. Arrive 5 Minutes Early
Please arrive at your designated pickup point at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
3. Maximum Waiting Time: 2 Minutes
To respect the time of all passengers and keep the shuttle running on schedule, the driver can wait for a maximum of 2 minutes at each pickup location. Please be ready and waiting at your designated stop on time, as the shuttle may need to depart without late passengers.
4. Return Departure at 1:00 PM
The shuttle departs Crystal Castle promptly at 1:00 PM. Please ensure you return to the designated meeting point in time, as the shuttle cannot wait for late arrivals.
5. Plan Your Admission in Advance
This booking includes return transport only, not entry to Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens. Please purchase your admission tickets separately and allow sufficient time to enjoy your visit within the shuttle schedule.
